i managed to come up with a backstory so here:
Basically she got married in like the 1800s and she moved into a mansion with her new husband. She was super happy but then she found out that her husband was mean and rude and eventually just left her in the mansion and moved out. She didn't want to leave the mansion so she just stayed there until she died. She remained sad and alone until she died, and still felt the same after. This is why her look is mostly expressionless but with a hint of sadness.
I'm not good at writing backstories so if some things don't add up that's why lol.
