savage gun, is a cowboy scientific sorcerer. the bounty hunter is just a hobby to test new spells and weapons that he makes himself. Since the war of union began, humans were frowned upon in the Region because they were highly discriminatory towards other races, which is the reason why other races see them more as an evil that they would not be surprised if they almost disappeared. but in larger cities that thought of discrimination becomes frowned upon.
