Sorry this took awhile to post, i wanted to make sure you see it during normal time for you. Anyways Back to the design.
So you said that you basically wanted honoko to have a friend and for the friend to basically be the opposite of her. When looking at honoko’s design it seems as though she doesn’t like expressing herself through her fashion and just wants to be comfortable. So i made Anne the opposite. Anne really likes to express herself with her fashion, she has bright colors, died hair, wears more unique colors of makeup, and really likes cute and pastel things. I did my best to make sure it could be translated well to your style.
