this is Pastel, Neons rival and enemy.
he seems like a nice looking friendly light coloured skeleton, but he's an edgy A' hole that wants to be alone and REALLY hates Neon but Neon likes him even though he can sometimes get in Pastels way.
he's the angel of souls,light,worlds, creation and destruction.
