Step 1: You can skip this, but it's just line art
Step 2: Apply Base Color( Color 4 )
Step 3: Use Water Color Soft (31%) for general shadows with Color 5
Step 4: Use Water Color Soft (31%) for general highlights with Color 3
Step 5: Use Pencil for detailed shadows with Color 6
Step 6: Darken your shadows with Pencil and Color 7
Step 7: Define highlights with Pencil and Color 2
Step 8: Make more definition to your highlights closer to your light source with Pencil and Color 1
Step 9: Set new layer to Dodge with Pencil just for aesthetic reasons... You can skip this if you want
Step 10: Use Water Color Soft (31%) with your new layer set to Dodge and Color 4. You can also skip this step, but it's to add some highlighted discoloration
Step 11: Set layer(69%) to Add and use Pen and Color 4 for strand highlights. On another layer(34%) set to Add with color 8 do some gloss highlights
Step 12: You can recolor your line art by using 8bit layer
