It may sound like nagging but really it's the best thing you can do.
I spent years without moving a muscle, comparing them to now that I began to properly exercise. I have much more energy, my immunity is good, overall I feel better!
It can seem a little overwhelming, however it'll become very rewarding. Be it walking or swimming, just try to find something you like and keep practicing it.
Start small, 5 or 10 minutes daily, after you build the habit you can increase the time.
