I wanted to make a 60's themed skin since Poodle Skirt Piper was from the 50's, so I pictured Tara as a Flower Child/hippie. As a hippie-at-heart, I thought it would be a cool idea. And I know I've been saying this a lot, but stay safe. Peace and love, everyone. ✌💖
