This creature is called a 'ket', they eat flesh and blood.
They may look like a cat, but don't let the cat like appearance try to fool you. they have teeth under between their neck and head that is invisible to see, they can only appear when they attack or eat. The second mouth is also invisible on the face also and also appear when eating small things.
They're slightly related to Galynxes, comparing to the cat like appearances and slight looks(almost)
They have eyes on the chest so they can see whilst sleeping.
Cute but horrifying.
