The background story, I think?
Somehow... senpai got into trouble and Osoro came to help. While washing her bloodied clothes and senpai washing his face, senpai repeatedly apologized for the trouble and is saying that he'll try to repay the debt at the best of his abilities. Osoro brushed it off and remembered the smile senpai had. "You have a pretty cute smile tho" Senpai thought that Osoro was talking about the smile he had while he was explaining to the troublemakes that he meant no trouble... But Osoro was talking about the smile he had during one of the times he saw senpai laughing while reading a book.
