Kangei is a warm and welcoming girl. and struggles to be assertive towards her enemies when protecting her city.
Kangei's special power is found in her ribbons, featured around her waist and neck. Ther ribbons are a unique but powerful tool than can be used for anything from constricting enemies like a snake, or catching somebody who is falling.

I found my inspiration from from the magical girl animes ienjoy and the characters "snow white" from magical girl raising project and "madoka" from puella magi madoka magica. These character are very kind and only wish to do what is good. Like kangei, they struggled to understand that being a magical girl is dangerous.
