『Family of Fresh Cheese』
最近タコスやカチャパなど、中南米の料理に興味があって、チーズのことが頭から離れなくなってしまいました。そこで今日はメキシコのチーズについて描きました(*´﹃｀*)

・Queso Panela: Mild taste and moist. The name is regarded from the shape is similar to Panela sugar what made from unrefined cane sugar.
・Queso Cotija: Saltiness, dried, and hard. The name originates from a Mexican town "Cotija" that is famous for the product of cheese since long ago.
・Queso canasto: Its surface has a unique pattern from the basket for making process. The taste is the same with queso panela.
