so sometimes when i scream at my mom or anyone apart from my family members when we are done fighting i just cry and go to my bathroom and just sit there crying and feeling bad in each fight either i just faint or just puke because i just could not go run quickly to my bathroom since because when i cry i have difficult breathing-
