Barely active for the week boi
Wanting to give an update cause yeeeee
I will explain things in image order

Concerning the reasons I'm taking the break
My eyes aren't in agonizing and burning pain all the time anymore (yayy) but I've been left with issuessss
My head ain't doing well still- I have concluded that- with the added new pain in my neck- that it's due to my poor posture.
I go around sitting and walking around with my head sticking forward and my neck super bent.
I think the pain in my head was causing eye pain (at least now)
But now I'm mainly dealing with my head and neck- started doing 10 minute stretches focused on my back, shoulders, and neck to work out the pain and improve my posture (as I was typing this I hurt my neck more lol)

Next part is explaining the pain itself
I can feel where it is connected if I move a certain way but it's more intense in some places (the darker the area the worse the pain)
It's much more focused on my right which is where I'm having the headache and eye pain
Alot in the side and the back of the right part
The left ain't much of an issue- but there is some pain that's less obvious
But the pain in my neck feels like constant pressure, very hot at times, and a stabbing feeling in my head.

Now we should discuss that blue on the left eye- that isn't eye pain but ✨visual issues✨

My eyes when they were in alot of pain had me struggling with my sight a bit
But now my left eye has been left with seeing blurs and strange shapes that limit my view a bit
It's the only way I know how to describe it
My right isn't as messed up but is dealing with the pain

And that weird vision loss I get in the morning has worsennnnedddd!
It last longer and is stronger :D
And idk why

But a couple of questions
Does closing my eyes help?: No
Is there a certain position that removes most pain?:nope
Are you taking ibuprofen and is it helping: took one for it- and it doesnt help

I'm just tryna let this pass.

I can come back soon- but it will be a slow process.
