I get distracted so easily. It has to be something not normal at this point it happens so easily. I was working on homework, I fucking blinked and now I'm checking medi and making this post. 💀

Oh also my anxiety was so bad today I had a panic attack and it lasted really long and my anxiety lasted the rest of the school day and now my heart hurts because of it. 😌

But I am calming down now by listening to some stardew valley music. I defiantly recommend listening to some if your anxious. Songs like A Golden Star Is Born, all the Winter themes, all the Fall themes, the Load Game music, Calico Desert, and the library and museum theme are the best ones for me.
