one time I was doing laundry and a sock fell in-between one of the washers so I bent down to get it and the next thing I knew I was on the floor it was like my knee twisted the opposite way from the bottom half of my leg
I didn't go to the hospital I just suffered until it stopped hurting and I could walk again -__-
it happened like a few weeks before I started 8th grade soooooooooo like september 2023
and it I did it again in 8th grade like a dumbass
