Usually I paint characters in layer groups, starting from the nude skin, then the costumes and stuff. Like the here beneath the trench coat layer there's the red uniform. Most of the time I do these variation image so I gotta draw anyways, also quite convenient if I decide to draw another character with the same pose I can just recycle the body. It becomes more handy when there's multiple characters overlapping each other, maybe I'll do a post on that some day.

Think I went a bit small on 02's bust size here lol, sometimes I encounter these bust size police who rants about my fanart not being faithful to their waifu's cup size.
