Here a short summary of the contest:
Step 1: Create one to infinite OCs for me. Must be humanoid (human, dwarf, elf, no furries but kemonomimi allowed)
Step 2: Give it a description and/or a picture.
Step 3: Give it a name.
Step 4: Post it and let me know.

Prizes are: 1st place will be the star of a new manga.
2nd place and beyond will have a role in this same manga.
But I am increasing the prizes:
Best design gets 1 free ANIMATION request.
Most interesting character gets 1 free ANIMATION request
2nd place will get 1 Drawing request.
3rd place will get 1 Drawing request, but I will emulate their style.
4th place will get 1 drawing request size ~1024*~1024
5th place will get 1 drawing request size ~512*~512
6th place will get 1 drawing request in Large 32bit-sprite style
7th place will get 1 drawing request in Medium 32bit-sprite style
8th place will get 1 drawing request in small 32bit-sprite style
9th place will get 1 drawing request in 16bit-sprite style
10th place will get 1 drawing request in 8bit greyscale.

Name: Claudius of Saturn Hill
Desc: 16 y.o. roman in-training praetorian. His mother is the oracle of Saturn and his father is Saturn himself. Claudius inherited his fathers ability to stop time but can only do so once a day for ten minutes as perceived by him.
He loves his city and his mother, but has a complex relationship to his father. Even though he is a royal guard, his true talents lie in business, but he refuses to utilize it since he has taken Mars as his rolemodel.
He looks very mediteranean, black hair and eyes and his hair is wavy and short.
