heres the scoop:
1) draw chad and scottie (refs below) (chad is a litten pokemon, same design as them the only difference is the forehead marking)
2) full color
3) digital
4) the due date will be 9/20/19 (can be expanded but no more than a week. can also be turned in before the due date)
EVEN IF YOU DONT GET THE TOP THREE, I WILL GIVE YOU A SKETCH REQUEST FOR YOUR HARD WORK <3
1st place will get the following: 7 adopts and 5 requests
2nd place will get the following: 5 adopts and 5 reqests
3rd place will get the following: 3 adopts and 3 requests
