The juvenile can be convicted of juvenile drug possession if found guilty. But in this current situation, no prescription(if there is) was signed, and the case was never filed to trial. But the causes can cause 4 month therapy (depending on the state) or will be in criminal record of being a drug user. Convicted by drug use, and found GUILTY can be harsher. As the juvenile can be trialed till their a adult and be found guilty again, will result to jail time for a minimum 1- 5 years.
