I came back from a wonderful event- where I played with a separate band that I’m now a part of, my siblings and my mom was there to watch and support us (which they loved it enough to want to see more in the future, it’s a plus for me because I love playing music)
My dad wasn’t there, he wanted to go fishing which I get- but he got home drunk, he promised he wouldn’t get super drunk 🧍
He just asked how the event was then went on a tangent about how his fishing day was, I kinda wanted him to be there for my event because I want to prove to him that I can play well- and I guess that’s not how it went 🗿
Upset rn but still kinda glad that the rest of my family watched
