This is honestly just how I feel but
I believe that, unless you can manage your build a beneficial habit, habits are just there to screw you over.
Developing poor habits is much easier to do and takes less work than a good one.
It's why stuff like eating or sleeping habits can mess up so easily (at least for me)
It's like in order to have a healthy habit- you have to work with it on constant
And once you develop it, you have to work to keep it cause if you just stop once it's become habit, it can and will slowly fall back

And planning can be super hard with this too, especially in early stages- because you can have that one "skip day"..then "2 skip days" then next thing you know: you've failed.

Poor habits arent really something we tend to do on purpose (idk why you would) they're just something we do
It dont mean we enjoy them, it's just second nature at this point-
Like I have poor sleepin habits and my eating habits have become poor as well-
It dont mean I like to feel tired and sick- that's the opposite of what I want.

Idk it just feels like a me things- habits dont necessarily feel helpful
