This is a old character of mine ( that I might redraw later) that is living water with fish that like to swim in her tail.
This was from a old iPad that I used to draw on and a app called sketch club, that was like three dollars, and it even had a community that I could post art on it, but I don’t draw on the app anymore because you know old iPads, with their multiple crashes. So here’s the old art *cringes*
