I was just chatting with my friend on Roblox and he randomly started talking about how you can’t trust anyone, but it wasn't a clear sentence. He then started spamming "TRUST" and I freaked out a little, which is kinda normal. He told me he was joking, and suddenly I just started to freak the HELL out.
Anyways more shizz happened to me and I looked up what happens during a panic attack, and uh-
