Chapter one + prologue
A small whisper in a sea of voices. A star in a galaxy. Something so pointless. That's how others saw him, a robot- a servant, something that only follows orders. Even he wanted to follow orders, he didn't like trying to get his own opinions.
But, oh he was so magnificent. Galaxy struck wings, beautiful blue colors covered his body, it stained his scales, it shaped his personality. But what was the most strikingly beautiful was his opalescent eyes. A light blue that dripped of the hunger for adventure.
He wasn't very old, only a few months. Designed to look like a dragonet, he looked so, uneducated.
Despite that, everytime he opened his mouth knowledge beyond any dragons mind came along. He was smarter than any dragon, and he didn't know he was so different.
Luie. That was his name. A magnificent dragon to walk across the earth, but, as a matter of fact he wasn't a dragonet at all. Metal wires, plastic, everything that would make such a magnifietient machine, made his existence.
Even as amazing as he was, he was treated worse than the ground he walked apon. He wasn't supposed to say, 'i want' or anything meaning he had his own opinions. It was a sad sight to bistow apon, since he looked do young, looking as if he wanted to run around and explore.
Being thrown around, shoved in the dirt, beatings until he bled a deep, blue blood, you could tell who's blood it was just by the color. He didn't understand anything, besides a order, -get me a rainwing scale- shut up and don't talk-go steal me a rainwing egg- all kind of orders, no questions could be asked about it.
.
.
Luie stood in his favorite spot, the exact spot. It was so worn his talons were practically carved into it. He loved this particular spot, he could look into the sky, no one to give him orders, although he loved getting a order. Today was his last day, he was aloud to do as he wished until they found a fit way to dispose of him. The way that they though proper was very silly.
Very silly.
They carried him away like he was their prey, and they were a bird of prey. A owl with it's mouse, a eagle with it's snake- you get the idea.
They flew into the sky, luie didn't care how high they went, he loved the view, but as if he would dare show how much he marveled it.
Wait.
He was getting closer to the ground. He didn't even realize the strong clasp wasn't there any longer. He was falling.
And fast.
Right into a forest he descended, he readied his body for the crash, a long dead tree reaching out for him, ready to impale his robotic heart.
