Rules:
-I will accept most creatures, Dragons, people, HK characters, pretty much anything
-If you give me your oc you are giving full permission to change anything with this character
-I can decline any request I want
-No NSFW
-If you don't like the re-designed version you can always return it
-If you give me an oc that I don't ever get too, be patient this post will happen every month so you can always re-submit the oc. I also might have not got to it yet. So again be patient.
-I'm taking an infinite amount of oc's. BUT only 2 oc's per person each month
