i cant see your topic because its blocked on my phone for whatever reason so ill, a professional fnaf lore knowr, will tell you the ACTUAL ways the afton family died (since peoples headcanons and AUs get confused with lore. somehow.)
William was springlocked. He was scared into the backroom after dismantling the animatronics and being chased by them. He believed he was safe in the springlock bonnie suit, but because of the water from the leaky roof, the springlocks were triggered to loosen and he was then crushed and bled to death. Later, in fnaf 3 & simulator, he was burned as an attempt to get rid of the rest of him. It didn’t work, as evident by the fact that he exists in security breach. He is only immortal because of remnant, which is the reason everyone is still “alive” via animatronics.
Michael was scooped. His internal organs were removed and he was used as a skinsuit. It is unknown how he survived, but likely from remnant of his own soul. He supposedly burned himself in pizza simulator as well, and he is likely to be at rest since his soul was re-tied to his corpse.
Elizabeth’s exact manner of death is unknown. All that is known is that she was tricked by Circus Baby, who was one of the many funtime animatronics designed to kidnap and kill children. She died, either was crushed or starved or whatever, inside circus baby and possessed her. She was then burned in pizza simulator. It is unknown if she is at rest or not.
The Crying Child (who has NO CANONICAL NAME.) was killed by fredbear and michael. On a prank on his birthday that went wrong, The Crying Child did NOT DIE IMMEDIATELY. This is one of the fandom’s biggest misconceptions. In gameplay of fnaf 4, when you brighten the screen, you can see medical equipment. Additionally, the fnaf 4 clock that plays after each (?) night is an ALARM CLOCK. Hospitals use digital clocks, and as the minigames show, there are no digital clocks in the Afton house. The Crying Child DOES NOT CANONICALLY POSSESS ANY ANIMATRONIC. That is another big conception
Lastly, “MRS AFTON” DOES NOT AND HAS NEVER EXISTED. There was no car accident, no divorce, no murder. That’s all entirely FANFICTION. There is no connection of her and any animatronic. (Except for the Afton Family dinner table in Security Breach, which is the ONLY piece of lore that suggests there was a “Mrs Afton” and that she might be linked to Ballora). As of now there is NO confirmation of there EVER being a “Mrs Afton”. All depictions of her are entirely fictitious.
