I looked into it a bit more and I'm pretty sure they're the same person.
The original piece was made by this person: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/715942345/
And the person who I claimed copied just edited the original piece. They did credit the owner, just not on this website. So I apologize in advance for any confusion I may have caused.
