Oof I'm very late- I also come from a christian family. But in the church where I attend, we're taught to love and accept everyone regardless of sexuality or gender. We don't have to agree with their lifestyle, but they're people too and we have to acknowledge and respect that. I have a couple lgbtq+ friends, one of them I'm quite close to so yeah, to me it doesn't matter what your sexuality is. But uh, that's my opinion and what I've been taught.
Oh yes finally ppl that understand! I relate so well! I come and am still in a Christian family where we believe that us wrong. But theres a difference between having your beliefs and opinions and forcing them on others. I don't support or believe the LGBTQ+ community is right, but I won't not interact or talk to people because of it! I have plenty of online ppl I'm close to who are lgbtq+.
