Also I think my anxiety has gotten worse, habits of mine have been more frequent and I can’t help but freak occasionally. I’m actually not here to vent rather I wanted help but most of you are.. I wouldn’t say unreliable but… I just don’t know (If you feel offended by this I’m sorry). Anyway my depression is really not mixing well with my anxiety nor anger issues, I feel like I’m going to cry while trying to physically, emotionally and mentally damage someone. I try not to reveal anything about myself on the internet but none of you know me so at this point I don’t give a fuck.

hi, hi, hi! i send hugs! for me, when i get really anxious about something, i try to remove myself from the situation that i am in... and if i cant i take deep breaths and try to close my eyes. being in the dark, or having a sense of being in the dark, helps me calm down. my freind used to cut and stuff and to help her stop, she would draw on her arms in pen instead. she still has the urge to, but that is going to be there for a long time. and thats ok. p r o g r e s s . :)

I can't tell you how many times both genders assaulted me, and the funny thing was that I believed that was ordinary. I had to conceal myself, and I still do so today, not because of self harm, but because I no longer wanted to be seen.

I've wanted to talk about this for a long time, but I didn't want to tell my family or anyone else about it... but it's beginning to make me anxious. Right now, I'm literally shaking and hyperventilating uncontrollably. I'm not sure how to explain it, but I don't always go outside, but I needed some fresh air, so I went for a 3-hour walk. On my way home, these guys in a car were stalking me, but I didn't think anything of it, so I ignored them and continued walking. I should've trusted my gut instincts. They approached me and asked if I wanted to get in their car; I declined and proceeded on my route; they asked me again, and I declined; they continued to harass me, and I got scared since they weren't listening, they smelt like cannabis, and I suspected they had alcohol on them as well. I assumed one of the men in the back would exit the vehicle and... you know the rest. I'm terrified, annoyed, and befuddled. I believed I'd never see my family again. I didn't call for help because I didn't have my phone and no one was around. After that, I was done; something like this had never, and I repeat NEVER, happened to me before.

im so sorry to hear that happened ik that's terrifying and tbh i dont even know what id do in that exact situation but im glad it didnt turn out any worse :< be sure to take a break + things and respect your feelings about it cause yeah that's scary maybe walk w/ someone next time if you can although ik it isnt always possible and maybe try and tell someone irl so they can at least help you work through it if not help keep an eye out for you

I am so sorry you had to experience that and I’m glad nothing horrible happened. Those kind of people make me sick. Something you could do to maybe avoid that would be carry around pepper spray, especially if the neighborhood you live in isn’t the greatest. I am so sorry, I hope you’re ok.
