The Temmies from Undertale are kids! They all have striped shirts which in the underground is a symbol of childhood(hence Frisk, Asriel, Chara and maybe also Kris?) Now the fact that they eat literal construction paper for cereal makes sense since they are just pretending!

I've learned from a tictock that if you put paper on a plate with coffee and let it soak and dry you will get aged paper!
The ones on the windowsill are still damp but the one on the clipboard is dry!
If ya tilt your head, squint your eyes and break your nose he kinda looks like Nor'Nor!

Im not sure if this is just the fandoms representation of Neil or if he actually has a lemon dude as an Oc but is still cool! Second one are some creature concepts. Usually, when I'm drawing a gift for someone (especially for humanoid, robotic or anthro characters) I like to draw lil traditional expression drawings. It really helps me get a grasp on their character and make potential headcanons that may affect the artwork! This is Kebby's character Javier btw! :}>
