Obsessing over things is a no no

I'm obessed with Medibang again, I keep constantly checking it, when I do that it makes me stay up at night checking and checking. This is one of the reasons why I left cause I didn't want to keep checking-
This happened with discord and still kinda does. I would stay up til 4-8 or an all nighter talking, waiting, and checking if people where active in severs. I have friends that can only talk at night cause of time zones so I stay up talking to them all night. I wait for :} and Alex still. 40 days without alex and about 3 months without :}. So that leaded me to not sleeping then it became a habit and then when I tried sleeping at an earlier time I would be staring at the wall intil 3-4 am. So yeah, don't obbess over things...please.
