So i have had anger issues ever since i can remember and now its getting worse and worse by the day- my sister is purposely making me angery and annoying me and tryingnto make me mad- i know this is really bad to say but- one of these days she is going to push me soo far that i am going to kill someone 😳 i need help before that happens please- so you guys have a certain way of cooling down 😓

  • I have adhd T-T my mom doesn't want me to turn into a zombie tho and i think it would be to expensive to take therapy T-T i need to but some headphones qwq

  • I used to have really bad anger issues when I was younger, turns out I had adhd, so I took meds for it and went to therapy, but I would suggest taking deep breaths and just trying to focus on calming down. Think about the consequences before making a move, and try not to be blinded by anger. Hope this helps, I’m not very good at this ._.
