It looks fine, you should be fine but if you're paranoid about it, change a few things or when you go to post it, mark it as Mildly sexual, medibang won't change the restrictions if it's already listed as the restriction that medibang would like to change it to. Though I'd suggest listing it as such because medi changes the age restriction of illustrations because they depict characters hugging :))
