But I guess I'll draw today instead. I haven't posted Mel to oopps.

It can't grow Mora but I'm finding ways to thrive.
I now have the layout I had imagined with their personalities intact. I'll dress them up next for the runway. I'll just do them in chibi so I won't do boring turnarounds cuz it's making me lazy hehe. They already have a name and even a short story. Maybe I'll just look at the medibang's 2 mascots one more time.
I have to start my #artstudy there as well. Maybe I need to gather many references on landscapes and backgrounds while I'm at it while studying many different poses from time to time.
I am just going to finish the rest of my jobs. Then I'll be able to draw once more. I am learning how to draw small children and how it will differ in chibi but the contest is already done. I just noticed. I will make a quick drawing and turn it into chibi first. I don't want this to fail like I did to Roger and the vet boy. They are left unfinished. I don't have the energy to remake their character designs. I will save for another time.
I had the layout for the recent contest. The trio already have the name. I hope I can become creative once more with this.
it's those thin lines on a shoujo manga or any artwork that involves thin lines. every time I try to make, for example drawing hair. it always turns out thick when I try to incorporate that style. It just comes out odd or looks weird. Maybe if I draw a black hair character, it might work. This is a deciding factor when looking for an art style, if it doesn't click for you, you aren't vibing on it, then it's not meant to be yours.
I had an idea for poetry with some quotes I made with canva.
I still have no dedicated time but when I'm freed from the files I'm working on, I'll start working on the waters.

It's been a long decade, lol. I'll be back for a short while. Don't wanna end up being too lazy nowadays. I have experienced speed during my last quest and which I had survived and conquer it so right now, trying to maintain it and applying that to where I go. On making my recent comic that went hiatus, I'm heading over to the plan B (been planning that since last year) 'cause at whatever point I look at it, it's always going to be very slow to publish each time. I had to draw storyboards, ink panels and then catch up. My work is not ready for collaboration yet and I'd like to work alone on this. Plan B is my way to go for Timeless Scars. I'm thinking of having my written works as like my retirement plan which will take super long or too long to be there. Plan B is my counter-attack for it in a while..... See yah soon fellow readers, artist, and creators alike.
Although I didn't binge them all with my roommates it gives me an idea to keep going on my comic. I learned about how to make suspense less cringe, how to write a proper one and a brilliant MC (it's some of the things I wanna try out since I'm at thriller point) True stories "based"/ true crimes with detectives, lawyers, court hearings, jury, people helping the main character or connecting back to them are really something. Spoiler alert, I will write something similar to that fashion, with a TWIST.
Unfortunately, I have found faults in my working schedule and while drawing the storyboards. I didn't reach my quota, it's been two months! Sorry guys, I'm being lazy and lack motivation. I'll problem-solve that cause it's affecting the goal, which is to publish it.
I did plan it to be longer since I'm on a monthly basis, but now I think that is a bad idea for me. Yeah, it's good that a comic should be longer or on a full chapter, it is understandable as a reader, [I would love that as a reader too] but as someone who just started to create a comic on solo made me conflicted by my goals.
I am still working on this month's chapter. I could not give a proper schedule yet, but I'll update you.
I might put short hiatus for Timeless Scars to process other things. I have a definite plan B and plan C if I can't be able to draw the comic.
I'll try doing the flowers later on before the trial ends..... And on color too, I miss doing my coloring. I will post my comic in July since I became sick....
if i can make it smoothly out of trouble, I might present my 2 comics for the contest. the slice of life in an adult setting which I wrote last year- I think....... this is about a car crash and the recently made heartwarming genre (I guess) set on school life and drawings, and weather??? lol I think its fun if I gave her that...
if I'm not able to make these short stories, at least I'll give you a startup to where I'm heading in the future.....
I haven't posted on my webtoon feed, so I'll leave it here. I wanna binge watch a movie or an anime today but I had to go. Before that, currently, I am trying to draw some action scenes. I'll try my best with just limited resources. I am also practicing some foot poses and foreshortening on analog. It's super hard 'cause I can't fix it the way I do in digital and I can't always directly draw or freely draw digitally while living in trouble. I had no choice but to quickly draw two new characters without references and I think I'm liking how they turn out. These two are part of the change I made from the original draft.
I'll apply the new method in chapters 3 or 4 for faster drawing time 'cause rn I'm still working on chapter 2 (just it's storyboards are taking time but I'm enjoying it.) Considering it has many more pages than in cut is a reason enough that I'm taking too long to finally draw. But I'm getting there.....
I'll draw cloudy and sunny days when I get back...... (maybe I'll put the cover page in there too)
#webtoon #update #action
after I have found a guild and while checking their bulletin board, I will return to make my blueprints for my current sculpture. i got more pages to do since it's a full part for this month.
before I forgot, I will also prepare a recipe for cloudy days and rainy weather since it's been bearing fruit in my mind. i cannot foretell if there ever be a sunny day for me but maybe I'll think about how to be happy again.
i think, i know how to tone down my colors. can't have all the things simultaneously when you are meeting a goal. i have also written my newest story with a twist. it will be a short story and the inspiration for it was how I draw. but before that, I do have the storyboard for chapter 1 but chapter 2 is on it's way. when I had the time again. i will be able to finish it. chapter 3 is still on writing and I'm laying out something for it before I storyboard that too. i also learn something new that will take effect for my large-scale illustrations for drawing hands. its still hard for me, I just need to find the right perspective.
its fun to draw transparency on black and white but layer blending modes doesn't work much for this format. you have to mimic it with a normal eraser. i wanna add shadows actually but I think added too much fx so ill leave it like that. I'm not an expert in this field yet but in a manga you have to make it clean and readable as possible. you can go with a completely black and white (I plan to have it that way but I'm too ambitious hehe).
Here's the link for Chapter 1 of Timeless Scars https://www.webtoons.com/en/challenge/timeless-scars/comes-back-around/viewer?title_no=861212&episode_no=2. You can read it on Webtoon. Enjoy!!!
I will miss Kahel but I'm gonna change icons now.
Unfortunately, I cannot post the comic today. I don't have enough time to draw all pages. What it lacks was the BG and my device earlier can't handle too much load. In the meantime, I'm gonna draw the other parts and maybe storyboard the rest of it. I feel like I'm gonna complete chapter 2 fast so I'm gonna do the chapters ahead until I reach chapter 8. Trying not to make it boring until it reach its next adventure, I guess.
I wanna create the dramatic part soon 'cause it's the exciting part and make more cover pages [most especially for green head] for each of my main.
I am currently working on my comic called "Timeless Scars" and the following chapters proceeding it, I'm in the process of storyboarding it and adding additional materials. If you want something to read today, you can support me by liking and subscribing to my Webtoon Canvas page. This comic is without charge, it will always be free, and supporting me means I can continue to create more stuff to come.
Exciting perks will also become more possible. Advance Thanks for checking this out.

but then I forgot to do the plot summary for this one, whoops. There is still a lot to worry about but I'll take it easy this time. Carl should be written on Webtoon as my initial plan back then but that got too big to handle. My boi Philip will take his place for now as my last detour.
If looking at the evolution of my choice, Carl was my very first art child when I started writing, then it followed by Chico, then the car accident (if I will set in the same place) then Philip was the last.
Generally, those three could be siblings. I have also written additional main characters, like Kahel, General, M3, and A5 --- (hehe, it's too good to be dismissed.) ---that soon I will seriously attend to. Of course, that includes my first born Carl.
I have many short stories that I'm keeping count of. Maybe it will become a series someday, or maybe a movie who knows?
I think it's about time I draw a girl since I said it last time..... I'm now at the point where I know how to make a colorize version and draw a black and white one. But I prefer monochromes anyway hehe.
Just the lineart, the dialogues, and the final backgrounds on one panel are left to be done. It's still taking too long but I know it will be worth the shot.
I'm too lazy to do turnarounds but the back part will be easy once I get to that point. Next will be another set of practices, cause I got tons that I want to draw out. It really helps in building the image of your characters. It feels the same when drawing for a fanart except for this time it's an original work. Never had drawn a BG but I had another option to fill that missing space.
I haven't done my character's template but once I head over and complete it, it will be easy to make the minor ones when you had a foundation for a theme, the two major characters will be an easy feat as well. I'm excited to show the youngest and a very recent one based on/inspired from a trainer.
I think I need to draw more girls for the time being.
Quick turnarounds soon.......
This time I'm confident that this will work out fine because this project has been made easy in a very cinematic way than three of my biggest projects where I have covered a lot that it has become hard to execute easily. Someday I will be able to but not for now. 2 of those will appear here [Scifi / Fantasy and the other one is Supernatural: "The retired general." while the other one will be published somewhere since the genre wasn't "shonen" begin with.
I will take a break for a while since I've been drawing for days now. What you'll expect to see in the next few days is the 1 set with weaponry and concept covers. 76 and JT and maybe PT [I wanna flex hehe], gestures drawings, and some of my fresh originals. Not sure if I'll include the fanarts......
Then of course the march contest. There is one possible original illustration in the making... [A poster portrait.]
The pic below is one of the landscapes currently in construction.
Thanks for following me here in this village, lol. Currently making street styles before my time runs out.
I just hope I'm destined for art. Destined to do something I've been longing for so when the time came that I'm able to show it, It comes back to me like it was yesterday. ☹😑. Sorry for being dramatic right now. 'Cause if I don't, I'll be lost forever.
I've been thinking about it since it's Feb. If I should do an illustration about it or just close that opportunity but if I do that, it might look cringe??? I have 2nd thoughts but the other things, I am preparing for them. I might as well dismiss my other stories for this one. I had made the first phase. All I have to do is continue at some point. Maybe this was really my genre, I've been trying to write about a genre that I also love but It will become too critical or not make any sense, maybe I'm not at that level yet. I planned it to be a short story of some sort but it has gotten plenty once more. I don't know if I should make it a series or just a short one. I am in just the right amount to start something. I've been thinking about it since January and the valentines contest came. I haven't drawn in a while and this helps to get back on track again.
This is very much appreciated. Thank you fellow street people for taking the time to like and favorite my recent here. Quite busy interacting more but I will adjust to reach some end goals this week. I had a lot of ideas again for an illustration and fan work but if it didn't happen, I would like to share the glam of the sparks of Bakugo, new design applications, and dynamic poses. Bakugo has become too shiny - a great representation to be honest, that I wanted to draw it in a form that I had never done last year. I did not expect episode fourteen of the sixth season could be so pale. I thought it would be colorful like the colored pages. I still like it regardless, the rough perfection cheers me on, and that it went dark in the most beautiful way. Plus the legend had sung, Sir Eve is cooking nicely lol.
Too lazy to fix that, i had made it into grayscale before but it didn't make the shadows pop like that. Kahel was actually holding oranges there but it's not seen much due to the high contrast. i dunno where did i go wrong with that but if there's one thing to review about this is that when a character is completely patched up with the design and you would want to convert it into a format. you can shade it on mid-grey or don't shade it at all or use halftones underneath it. depending on your process and your skill to draw BG, a colored comic will take a lot of time than a black n white manga.
well, this is not a sure-win thing but you get the idea....
I had to adjust the state of the current conversion on an OC. Looking back at some of my artworks here, I had seen something to improve when I turn it into 1 bit once more. I should lower the percentage given to a specific area so it doesn't crowd much data onto the bnw shade. Made a solid design? Then make the shadow simpler with net dots or lines. Grayscales was nice but 1 bit makes it wholesome and super clean.
until we meet again inspiroy and kamvas.
