IMPORTANT? LEAVING MEDI

I'm not sure how to word this but I'm leaving ARTstreet
I felt like I should at least make some sort of announcement for anyone I knew here

I've been thinking about this for a while and decided there's no point in me staying because of how inactive I am on this platform.
Initially I think I was way more active but it just became harder to interact with others because of how Medi is set up and me losing interest in art for some time.
I ended up not posting for a long period of time and wanted to start again but I've been experiencing massive burnout and never got around to it.
Honestly I don't think I'll come back.

I've decided to keep my posts and account for memories sake but I will no longer post anything new. If you have something you want to say before I leave completely (but please don't feel obligated to) you can comment on this post or pm me. I'd say a week after this post I'll stop checking messages.

I'm very grateful to everyone I met on this platform and wish you the best. :)
My other socials are in my description if you need them for whatever reason (although its only YouTube)

  • > AsherGloom Yea the way Medi works makes it hard to casually talk with others (although this may just be my experience) I hope you manage to keep contact with friends if you do one day decide to leave Medi. I feel like I might not get the opportunity in the future so I want to let you know that you were a huge inspiration for me when I first joined Artstreet and honestly I still love your posts. I think you definitely have the potential for a larger project or you can continue to post illustrations. Either way you are an incredibly talented artist and I hope you gain more recognition in the future. (bc you definitely deserve it) Although I'm leaving Medi I'll still support you on other socials.   • I think you made the right decision, medibang has gotten worse and worse and less fun, I've wanted to leave for awhile but I feel pressured to stay because I have friends here who don't have any other social media, and my mom likes looking through my gallery and I'm sure she'd be sad or suspicious of me if I all of a sudden stopped

  • well, I knew this day would come hut I still wasn't expecting it. You probably don't remember me, since I didn't interact with you much but have a good life, I'll miss you and will await your improbable return.
