So, basically, part of the point of Easter is the celebration of Jesus, who, it is said rose from the dead but not for his own benefit. And was also God in human form.
In honor of this little holiday, I just wanted to share a few verses from my favorite spot that really kinda sums up the whole idea of what he feels towards us. (Plus, I really like it when it is said in this version because it’s kinda romantic 🥰 thees and thous and whatnot)

I’ve been searching through Pinterest, (probably too much) and I found this base. I have decided I need this in my life, so I’m starting a challenge! 🥳🤩 It’s called the Ghost Challenge. I would like anybody who wants to to draw 2 of their characters looking like the above image. In return, I will draw a character of your choice (your oc or random character)… as a ghost. As penance for my crimes, lol, jk. I can’t promise I won’t be gone again but at least by this you all know I’ll be back every time. Let me know if you dare to take this challenge, and when I should expect your entry. The best picture, in my opinion, will be awarded a very elaborate ghost pic, but I think I’ll make some runner up prizes too.

There will be, undoubtedly, foul work at play,

You’ll wish you were home, safe and snug in your bed,
When you encounter the likeness of his pumpkin head.
If he catches sight of you as you as you roam the countryside,
He’ll race up to you, with his large empty eyes
He expects the bounty of your hard work
“Candy.” he demands. You refuse… then he’ll smirk.
Cuz crafty old Jack, the Joker of Halloween,
LOVES to be refused; let me tell you what I mean:
He demands a second time, more forceful than before,
But this time with a mischievous underscore.

Boogedy boogeddy kids. (Ah ha ha, 😅 sorry for being so scary, but when I was making the picture, I was thinking creepy stories are usually told in a poem form like this.) This is very closely based on something true that happens in the Animal Crossings City Folk for the Wii. I thought maybe people pass out and end up at home because he showed them his real face. And I lost a good many shirts to him. He transforms your shirt item that you’re wearing into a ugly “rotten shirt” and you can’t get the item back unless you happen to buy it again.
