An art trade is where somebody gives them their oc and you give them one of your ocs. And then you both draw each others ocs.

another thing, I have drawings that are great and have very few visits or likes, but that doesn't discourage me ๐ช๐ I will continue to give my best in every stroke.

don't worry about who follows you, be original and act according to your criteria, as your talent develops you will see how your followers increase. Cheer up and put a lot of effort into it! P.S the key is to participate in the contests and publish continuously.
