Brainstorming Xaawo to make her OP

Xaawo is capable of shape shifting, mostly using it to morph her arms and hands into weapons. Her hair can be harden as iron, so she uses pieces of her hair as ammo. The way she transforms people into HAES and HPEs is by taking parts of animals or plants, mostly the fur or leaves, wrap her hair around it, then load it into her gun, when she shoots the victim, her hair expands into their body and acts as a heart and veins. She can form small black holes too, but they last for only 1 minute. Xaawo is also capable of releasing an ungodly scream that can bursts people's eardrums in a 8 mile radius, the scream is a mix between a air raid siren and an animal's mating call but distorted, but she rarely uses this, only when losing in battle. Xaawo is also able to regenerate, able to regrow lost limbs. She is mostly immortal, only one thing capable to kill her. Funny enough, Xaawo dislikes battling and rarely tries engaging in combat.
