4. You can either work on separate pages (ie one file at a time) and add them together when submitting or you can make a cloud project and add new pages directly from there.

1. Good Luck. I find that using a mouse in Medibang is tedious.
2. Effects? Try particle brushes.
3. Buttons that I use are ctrl + z, space, up, down, left, right, b, e, wheel, left and right mouse buttons
4. If you have a cloud project then you can add a page by opening the project dialog and pressing the new page button.
