a doubt in jumps+ competition

I would like to know that according to jumps competition one shot should be submitted but i would like to know that can we submit a one shot ending at a cliffhanger like its going to have a chapter 2 or something .it would be appreciated if answered

If i were your try to read some popular comics like naruto. bleach, full metal alchemist. before they become series it it will start in one shot. for example full metal alchemist pilot chapter 0.
