Hey guys I’m trying to improve how I draw eyes if there is any tips please comment below! I’m trying to do like a semi-realistic kind of thing because I have seen that kind of thing on some works and it looks really good. But I’m not sure how to draw it properly myself any tips?

It needs eyelashes. Also make use of the clipping function so that you don't have to worry about drawing outside the lines. Another thing is that most irises actually have a dark "contour".
