I would like to hear from any artist how do you decide which colors you use. What is your process?

As the title says I am taking a break from Poolside. I'm working on a new colored manga project and can you blame me??! I love color even though I love traditional BW manga too, but I need to bloom. The flow of this project is better paced and my workflow has been better. This is Panel 5 of "No Regrets"!
Finally Toning chapter 2 of Poolside!! Also in cleaning up chapter 1 as well. I rushed it for the Kyoto contest. This is the best advice I can give... Never rush your art for a contest!
Darn I missed a panel!! 😁 actually sometimes I like to go to a certain panel I'm excited about or just want to feel how this will flow. Manga artists do you do that?? Let me know!!
Manga artist! I want to hear perspectives on how to address tricky angles... What do you do when get in backed into a corner over a hard angle to draw. I value any comments on this.

> _cyber_phantom_ Cyber, that's a good approach with the wires, my art professor used that and it is very effective! Thanks for your perspective!

Well sometimes I'll do whatever pose and then do a "wire" structure over the picture to give me an idea of the perspective and fluidity involved. Also, fantastic job on the perspective!!
I have not been posting lately do to lack of time recently and I'm working on my comic Poolside. This is a sneak peek of chapter 2. Go here to view the one shot:

> _cyber_phantom_ Thank you cyber! I feel I stayed boxed up with one idea, and I rushed poolside. My new project just has a better feel all around. I will be posting it soon!
Ahhhh looking forward to the new read!! Keep pursuing those amazing ideas!
