Well here seems to be the best place to ask to this since I know a few people who are depressed. Anyways, what would you guys recommend doing to get rid if suicidal thoughts? (Besides going to a professional 030 I get a bad anxiety when I talk to people I don’t know irl) if you don’t know a solution, that’s fine. Don’t worry.
