WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT FROM ME

i was so happy when i found medibang. i finally had somewhere to share my art with people who think the same way as me. i made friends. wonderful, amazing, awesome friends.
and so many want to leave.
i try my best to be a good friend. sometimes i have to call people on their bullshit, but that's just what friends do. or at lest i thought so. i try to be grateful and supportive and a good person for you guys. for my friends.
and so many want to leave.
why does everyone want to leave? why do you think i don't care? i do. i try to show it. i'm trying my best, but you guys need more. i don't know how to help. i'm trying. what more can i do? what else is there?

I can't find it

So a while ago I went on this camping trip with my family and as we were taking our own dog on a trail we passed by these other campers who had two adorable dogs ( mine's better) jk
But anyway as most silly little puppies do in their first camping trip my dog runs off after the bigger dogs wanting to play , and I see one of the dogs is like a brown chocolate colored dog and ...I kinda like fall in love with the breed but as I chased after my own dog I was never able to hear what breed of dog it was and I wanted that dog Sooooo bad ,
I'm not an expert at dog breeds but if someone could tell me or show what kind of dog breed it was that would be nice
It kinda looks like a chocolate Brown corgi collie or idk mAybe I can draw it because I have enough money or well my parents say that I could buy my own dog but I have no idea what breed of mix breed it is I'm going to draw it and it would be helpful to know so pls dog experts help me!
More description:
Fluffy like corgi butt
And the body was similar but it had long legs
A little bit more fluffy
Chocolate brown( ik I've said it like a million times but idk if it matters)
It had blue eyes i think
It was about maybe 2 1\2 or 3 ft tall
3 ft length ( I think)

you know what bothers me the most? seeing people who shade with GRAY. like, not just on a lighter gray, BUT ON EVERY COLOR.
