It's impractical but an artistic, wishful thought.
I mean, who wouldn't flap their arms and dance around
in the rain as a butterfly?
I originally conceived this as part of a costume for an oc,
and then it hit me again when it was during heavy rain.
I rarely see anyone wearing raincoats more than using
umbrellas and that's really sad.
So I then thought, why not design them?
