How did Teddie get taller—

Sorry for going on for soemthing stupid but how the HECK does Teddie get taller

Cause he was human until he grew a body- he has no insides- does having a human form give him the ability to grow naturally or does he just decide he wants to be taller one day-
If he can just magically do that, did that not concern anyone?— actually it probably did- If he came out of his closet/room and Yosuke noticed hes gotten 4 inches taller hed probably be confused on how that happened-

If he is just able to naturally then why now- he went the entire game at 5'3 (well considering that he came back during... mid summer I think...and the game ended at march?) and when Yu is gone for..3 months?- he all of a sudden can get taller- so it cant work like that

Maybe he just figured it out while he was gone- but if he control his height then what is his limit? Can he just grow infinitely? Or does he stop at a certain point?

Unless this was explained somewhere and I just forgot, I'm just gonna be confused on how this was possible.

I will probably be forever stuck on this
