Submission Details
- Entry Period
- Thursday, Aug. 31st 2017 - 11:59 p.m. (JST) on Sunday, Jan. 28th 2018
- Entry Requirements
- None. Anyone can enter the contest, regardless of whether they are a pro or just draw as a hobby.
Entrants are welcome to submit as many times as they like.
Published illustrations will also be accepted, however the rights to the illustration must belong to the applicant.
- How to Enter
- 1. Create an account on MediBang.com and log in.
2. Click Submit at the top of the page on the MediBang website.
3. Next click Submit again on the MediBang Creators page.
4. Choose the Illustration tab and then upload your file in a JPG or PNG format.
5. Enter the title and description for the illustration and make sure to add the tag 11thCoverArtContest.
6. When you're finished, click Submit & Publish at the bottom of the page.
- Prize
- After the judging process is completed, the winners and runner ups' submissions will be posted on the MediBang website.
Gold (1 winner): 100,000 yen and an Adonit Pixel Pro
Silver (up to 14 winners): 10,000 yen
Bronze (up to 50 winners): 1,000 yen
*The Gold prize winner will also receive an Adonit Pixel Pro Stylus as a special prize!
*Payment
The prizes will be sent to the users' MediBang accounts that they signed up with.
Users must link their PayPal account or bank account (Japanese bank accounts only) to their MediBang account in order to receive their prize.
- Submission Format
- Please use the following guidelines for your submission.
1. File Format
JPG, PNG, PSD and MDP (Maximum File Size: 30 MB)
2. Dimensions (Width x Height)
2100 px x 2800 px
3. Other Requirements
The cover illustration must include the stories title, author and translator (if applicable).*The name of the illustration that is submitted must include Cover Design and the name of the work.
*In addition, entrants can also add their name as the cover artist.
