Step 1, draw two circles, one for the head and one for the snout. Step 2, rough sketch the dragon in a new layer ( this nose is quite difficult, so there is a small tutorial above step 2). Step 3 do the line art on a new layer. Step 4, delete the other layers and color as desired.
