One of the knights that came to be known later on, Sir Williams was a late bloomer. Still, slow and steady wins the race and it all came together upon retreiving the Ivory Task, making him the most competent and advantageous lancer in the realm.
During these times of discord in the Greatlands, there is a great need of the Humans there to band together and fend off raiders and brigands.
However, that cannot be achieved without powerful weapons wielded by prominent soldiers. Now, in these arid lands, what is left for Sir Williams is to fight with the Ivory Lance, the weapon that shines brigher and sharper than the midnoon sun.
