Oscinlious as a dwarf was gifted in the arts of Minastor Alchemy but also had a special connection with magic itself, he could tune to the symphony of magic that humans use. He combined his understanding of both arts to create a force that could go against magic users in battle
His armour is made from a very rare element native to only Oldon a small island next to the dwarven birth place. It is an alloy that vibrates and cancels out magic leylines but combined with dwarven engineering and complex innner workings he has created a combination that absorbs magic and pushes it out in form of shockwaves
